Zola’s Care Management & Advocacy, PLLC was created to help individuals and families navigate the practical realities of care, daily life, and major transitions.

We understand that complex situations rarely involve just one issue.

There may be appointments to coordinate, transportation to arrange, family members to update, vendors to manage, living environments to monitor, and important decisions to make.

Our role is to bring those moving pieces together.

We provide non-medical care management and advocacy that helps create greater organization, continuity, accountability, and peace of mind.

Frequently Asked Questions

Legal & Fiduciary Questions

Do you work with professional fiduciaries, corporate trust officers, and attorneys?
Yes. Zola’s supports high-asset trust accounts, guardianship estates, professional fiduciary matters, and legal oversight situations by providing clear medical advocacy, documentation support, medical necessity verification, interdisciplinary coordination, and court-ready reporting support when appropriate.

What is included in the Professional Fiduciary & Legal Trust Compliance Subscription?
This monthly tier is engineered for high-asset trust accounts, complex guardianship estates, unstable medical scenarios, hospice coordination, legal oversight needs, and professional fiduciary cases. It may include intensive interdisciplinary care coordination, medical necessity verification for corporate trust officers, placement disruption response, urgent home health agency switches, and court-ready Title 30 Status Report compilation for Oklahoma probate judges.

What is the Executive On-Call Access Shield?
The Executive On-Call Access Shield is a monthly base retainer that guarantees high-priority response capacity on a permanent standby loop. It is designed for ultra-high-net-worth family offices, high-profile public figures, private wealth attorneys, and professional fiduciaries who need immediate access to an expert advocate when a crisis breaks.

Medical & Crisis Care Questions

What makes Zola’s different from a home health agency, hospice provider, or senior living referral service?
Zola’s is a private-pay advocacy and care management service, not a third-party referral pipeline. We do not accept kickbacks, referral fees, incentives, or payments from hospitals, insurance companies, home health agencies, hospice companies, or senior living facilities. Our loyalty is exclusively to the client and family.

Can Zola’s help if my loved one is being discharged from the hospital too quickly?
Yes. Zola’s helps families navigate fragmented discharge planning, clarify what support is actually needed at home, identify safety gaps, communicate with providers, and advocate for a safer transition back into the residence or a more appropriate care setting.

Can you help when a placement breaks down or a facility can no longer safely meet needs?
Yes. Placement disruptions are one of the situations Zola’s is built to help manage. We can coordinate communication, assess immediate risks, support emergency transitions between care settings, and help families or fiduciaries restore structure when a placement is no longer viable.

Can Zola’s switch a home health agency quickly if the current provider is not meeting the client’s needs?
Yes. When a home health agency cannot safely, reliably, or appropriately meet a client’s needs, Zola’s can assist with urgent transition support, coordination with new providers, family updates, and continuity planning to reduce gaps in care.

Do you accompany clients to medical appointments?
Yes. Zola’s can physically accompany clients to complex specialist appointments, help translate medical terminology, ask clarifying questions, cross-check treatment plans, and create clearer communication between families, clients, and providers.

What happens during an active ER, jail, or mental health crisis?
Active emergency ER, jail, and field crisis deployments are billed per hour. This rate applies when an advocate is dispatched on a high-intensity timeline to a hospital emergency room, active mental health crisis scene, or county correctional facility triage center to document health conditions and support urgent advocacy needs.

Do you provide after-hours or weekend support?
Yes. Pre-approved field checks, specialist escorts, urgent placement interventions, home health agency transition support, and care coordination meetings that occur before 8:00 AM, after 5:00 PM, or anytime on weekends are billed per hour.

What is included in the Psychiatric & Neurodivergent Guardrails Subscription?
This monthly tier is built for adults with serious mental illness, developmental disabilities, neurodivergent support needs, or independent living challenges. It may include independent living stabilization, intensive behavioral tracking logs, direct coordination with treating psychiatrists, support with specialty medical networks, and communication with campus or community support systems.

Family Support & Subscription Questions

Who does Zola’s Care Management & Advocacy serve?
Zola’s serves families, adult children, professional fiduciaries, private attorneys, adoptive parents, and parents of young adults who need expert, boots-on-the-ground advocacy during complex medical, behavioral health, aging, legal, or placement-related situations.

What is included in the Senior & Aging Adult Safeguards Subscription?
This monthly tier is designed for seniors and aging adults who need continuous community guardrails, home-safety audits, medication reconciliation audits, long-term oversight, and automated digital wellness updates for out-of-town adult children.

Do you serve families who live out of state?
Yes. Many families hire Zola’s because they live outside the client’s local area and need a trusted professional advocate on the ground. Digital wellness updates, structured communication, and field-based oversight help adult children and decision-makers stay informed without becoming full-time case managers.

Is Zola’s appropriate for young adults, students, or adults with special needs?
Yes. Zola’s can provide an expert safety net for young adults, out-of-state students, and adults with special needs who are working toward independence but still need structured support, crisis planning, medical navigation, or coordination with campus and community resources.

How are monthly subscriptions billed?
All monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on the 1st of each calendar month through automated bank ACH or secure credit card merchant portals.

Why are some rates kept behind a secure wall on the website?
Raw rates may be kept behind a secure wall to preserve brand prestige, maintain a concierge-level client experience, and ensure prospective clients receive appropriate context before selecting a service tier.

How do we know which subscription tier is right for our family?
The appropriate tier depends on the client’s care complexity, medical or behavioral health risk, legal oversight needs, family communication expectations, and likelihood of emergencies or placement instability. Zola’s can help identify the best fit during an initial consultation.
